Paul came out and looked over our 1/2 acre with many mature trees and saplings. He gave me an estimate and outlined exactly what work would be done. The work was scheduled within a week. On the day of, Paul again walked the property with me and his crew and pointed out what they would do which encompassed trimming, taking out dead wood, removing saplings, and removing dead trees. The work took 9 hours to complete. Once done, my yard was completely cleared of all branch and leaf debris. The foreman walked the property with me once again. They did point out an issue with a small branch piercing our cabana. When I addressed this with the company, they made an adjustment to the invoice to cover replacement cost. I am extremely pleased with the work, the professionalism, and the courtesy offered by Austin Tree Surgeons and highly recommend them.

We contacted Austin Tree Surgeons for an estimate to diagnose some of our trees and prune another one. Their office quickly responded and one of their arborists Jessica stopped by the same day and explained us the condition of the trees, what we could do ourselves to improve their condition and what the options were if they would do it. She was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Just the fact that she explained that we could do some of the things ourselves (if we wanted) shows that they care about (potential) customers, I really appreciate that. And they will be our #1 arborist to call if we ever need one again.

Very impressive company. An Arborist to explain the pros and cons of tree removal and trimming followed by a highly skilled crew. The crew had the tools ( chain saws and trimmers) to do the job efficiently and the skill to take down large palms safely and quickly. Nice to experience an organization that takes pride in doing the job right the first time.

Love Austin Tree Surgeons! We had a very beloved Lace Bark Elm get really sick. I called another company, described the issue and specifically asked for an arborist to come out. They sent a regular landscaping guy. When I called ATS, they immediately understood my issue and sent a certified arborist to diagnose our tree. She was smart, well informed and helped me understand that I didn’t do anything that hurt the tree which was my big fear. We did ultimately have to have the tree removed (there was no saving it), and ATS gave us a very reasonable price and came as soon as we confirmed with them. They are very responsive, very knowledgeable and I couldn’t recommend them enough.
